About The House
The home has three fireplaces, one in the great room that boasts a 20 plus foot cathedral ceiling, dining area, plus a breakfast bar. The master bedroom opens on to the upper deck and has a fireplace. A spacious master bath has a whirlpool style tub, separate shower and double sinks. There is 1 bedroom downstairs with 2 queen beds and a bathroom. Two additional bedrooms on the main level with 1 queen bed and 2 full beds and a spacious loft with additional twin beds. The home is large enough for 16 people.
Scrapbook Amenities: Each person will get a 5 foot table, a personal lamp, cup/trash holder, and a rolling adjustable leather chair.
Amenities: Fireplace, Phone, Air Conditioning, Cable TV, VCR, Stereo, CD Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking Utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer & Dryer, Jetted Tub in Bath, Private Hot Tub, Garage, Covered Parking, Gas Grill (BBQ), No Smoking.
Costs: $975 for the group for the whole weekend – No need to bring linens or towels. Cost includes cleaning fee and workstations for 12 people.

BONUS: Book Thursday night or Sunday night for $300.
